ExxonMobil is one of Singapore’s largest foreign manufacturing investors with over S$25 billion in fixed asset investments.

What you will do
You will have the opportunity to lead a team of skilled HR professionals to develop and execute talent strategies in partnership with business leaders. As a strategic partner to the business/ function, you will proactively engage in the development of business strategies; consider these insights as input to talent strategy development and workforce planning, Talent Strategy and Strategic Workforce Planning.
Acting as the straight edge with Business / Functions, you will be accountable to execute processes such as Performance Assessment, Career Planning, Succession Planning & Career and Staffing in line with corporate intent, engaging with career communities to ensure scale of the corporation is considered where appropriate.
You will implement labor processes, in line with corporate principles and expectations, and where required, in partnership with central groups and regional teams to conduct execution of mergers, acquisition and other asset management activities.
You will work across the HR function to full leverage the integrated HR Operating Model and proactively identify areas for continuous improvement.
As a member of business leadership as well as functional HR teams and as a leader in the corporation you will live the “Expectations of leaders“ as well as hold other accountable.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven ability to deliver HR solutions based on analytical insights
- Proven experience in designing and driving strategic initatives
- Experience in delivering talent strategies and leading teams, working across different geographies and cultures
- At least 15 years of HR experience, which preferably crosses multiple aspects of the Human Resources and Talent Management disciplines
Preferred qualifications/ experience
- Preference for degree disciplines which demonstrate analytical capability
- HR experience with a Fortune 500 company
- Strategic capability, intellectual curiosity and demonstrated leadership
- Willingness to relocate globally as part of broad career development
