Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a KSU Construction Supervisor Civil & Mechanical (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28\28. Job Description:

  • Support, promote and facilitate implementation of an Incident and Injury Free culture and initiatives
  • Ensure implementation of site safety and security procedures and requirements, and support HES roles and responsibilities
  • Proactively participate in site construction verification walks, audits and reviews in accordance with KSU punch list procedures
  • Coordinate activities and manage interfaces between construction contractors
  • Ensure proper and efficient use of construction resources including work force, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment
  • Lead contractor kick-off meetings that include project representatives in attendance
  • Coordinate day-to-day construction activities with other affected departments including Operations and Maintenance
  • Ensure daily and weekly short-range planning is maintained and communicated to the foreman and/or contractor level, and lead development and implementation of recovery plans as required
  • Monitor and implement appropriate actions to achieve optimum labour productivity and cost performance that are consistent with KSU objectives
  • Ensure erection of facilities is performed and completed in accordance with project design specifications, drawings, safety, quality and regulatory requirements
  • Plan and manage development of temporary offices and support facilities including common project site facilities, managed tools, equipment and supplies
  • Provide or arrange for training as necessary to ensure contractors construction teams including craft have required knowledge of project requirements in order to perform work and avoid rework and associated costs
  • Devote time necessary to mentor and train Construction Group national team members on construction practices, protocols and requirements, in addition to safe working practices


  • Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
  • Experience: not less than 15 years in construction
  • Ability to read technical drawings and documentation
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Coordination and control skills in planning works and tasks
