Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Flare and Relief & Process Design Advisor for one of our large project in (Tengiz, 28\28). We are looking for candidates with the drive and commitment to make a genuine difference to our performance to ensure that the company continues to differentiate itself from competitors by delivering quality service to our client’s requirements.The Process Design Engineer is responsible for delivery of process designs for capital projects managed by Company’s Facilities Engineering Department. Many of these projects are reliability or compliance driven. Most involve brownfield scope. Company’s facilities include multiphase sour oil/gas high GOR field gathering systems, production separation and stabilization, gas treating, LPG recovery, fractionation, and treating, sulfur recovery and tail gas treating, product storage and export facilities, and utility systems.
This position is also responsible to perform analysis of the relief systems for Company’s surface facilities including screening for AIV risk. A key responsibility of this position is to confirm the suitability of relief systems for changing operating conditions as part of MOC functional reviews. This position maintains Company’s relief system hydraulic models. This position works closely with other FE groups to design and implement relief system modifications. Operations areas sour oil & gas, crude stabilization, demercaptanization, sour and sweet gas compression, desulfurization, dehydration, LPG fractionation, sulfur recovery, tailgas clean-up, storage and shipping (oil, gas, LPG, S). Utility areas Large steam & condensate, power generation, effluent treatment.
