Airswift (Air Energy Caspian LLP) is currently looking for a Inspector, Field Fixed Equipment (for KZ passport holders) for one of our large project in Tengiz, 28\28. Job Description:
- Responsible for conducting visual inspections on Field and Off plot pipelines and process piping. Provides input to ROAIMS and Capstone database on Inspection and Planning.
- Monitors and reports the technical condition and safe operation of piggable and unpiggable pipelines by evaluating design, process conditions and inspection data.
- Evaluates equipment integrity and corrosion trends for indications of equipment degradation (wearing) and potential failures. Recommends remedial actions and develops future inspection strategies and plans.
- Capable to determine and evaluate corrosion mechanisms and solve problems related to equipment reliability.
- Participates in Hazop’s for pipelines.
- Initiates routine work procedures and becomes proactive on non-routine work processes.
- Participates in OE (Operational Excellence) processes and recommends process improvements.
- Responsible for the Implementation of Program, Inspection strategies, Chevron best practices and procedures.
- Determines inspection and non-destructive examination work scope, participates in turnaround scope development when necessary.
- Recommends on equipment repair and quality control plans.
- Maintains accurate, detailed and quantitative record keeping of inspection events both Electronic and physical. Maintains and updates records made in pipeline and piping documentation.
- Monitors all Field modifications and repair work for Quality and specification compliance.
- Teaches and develops the skills of less experienced members of the group.
Requirements:
- Must be a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Knowledge of safe practices, JSA, BBS, Permit to Work, etc.
- Knowledge of the main inspection and NDE work scope.
- Knowledge of basic design philosophy and main components of Field and Off plot pipelines.
- Ability to evaluate corrosion damages affecting pipelines and determine their possible cause, along with measures that can prevent further development of corrosion damage.
- Knowledge of principles and methods of risk assessment.
- General knowledge of API/ASME standards, as well as RoK state standards and codes relating to vessel and pipeline inspection.
- Basic knowledge of English language (knowledge of terminology).
- Driving license of category ‘B’.
