Job Description
The Account Executive – Oil & Gas role involves managing and expanding relationships with key clients in the oil and gas industry. This position requires strong industry knowledge, sales skills, and the ability to develop and execute account plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the oil and gas industry.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned accounts.
• Understand client needs and requirements, and propose appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical and delivery teams, to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Conduct regular meetings and presentations to update clients on new products and services.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management role in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of the oil and gas sector, including industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
