As Administration Manager you will be responsible for managing the administrative teams’ and ensuring that daily operations support is performed in a seamless and efficient manner.You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative tasks and duties to support aftermarket operations, and plan for the most productive and efficient utilization of these resources.
Responsibilities:
- Manageadministrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
- Manage schedules, and deadlines and allocate responsibilities
- Seek team involvement, creativity, and respect for others and their ideas
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role with MNC
- Written and verbal communication skills
