As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative support. Positions requiring understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Processing all 3rd party invoices, creating PR/PO, liaising with all suppliers
In-charging office operations, maintaining office stationaries/pantry supplies, managing all IT equipment, facility maintenance, TnL record keeping, onboarding, events organization
Managing outsource work orders/tracker and rebilling, onboarding new vendors on HICX
Creating P6 activities (timecode) for projects for Commercial Bid and RTS, running weekly Budgeted vs Actual report
Following up revised CTR to add hours/ assign resources/ extend finish date as per requests.
Managing SharePoint access administration and creating Purchase Requisitions/ do GRN for contractors

To be successful in this role you will:
Have Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or high school diploma / GED with experience in Support Services.
Have good oral and written communication skills.
Have good interpersonal and leadership skills
Be able to work proactively.
