Drillmar Resources are currently recruiting for an administrator to work in our clients office based in Aberdeen.

This role is for an initial 5 month contract with potential extension.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cost tracking sheets and support with requisitions in Oracle/Maximo.

  • Assist with mobilising/demobilising equipment and processing job paperwork.

  • Support operations team with orders, suppliers, and rental negotiations.

  • Contribute to HSE, quality, and compliance culture across the UK.

  • Develop and update yearly project trackers.

  • Provide cover for Personnel/AMO teams as required.

  • Participate in on-call rota (full-time staff).

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Maximo/Oracle (advantageous).

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organisation, attention to detail, and record-keeping.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated, able to work independently.
