As a Aftermarket Field Solution Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Identify, develop and close new business opportunities with target customers in assigned territory/industry.
 - Drive solution-based selling strategies that align customer needs with company products, services and value propositions.
 - Develop account plans and sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and margin targets.
 - Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their operational, technical and business challenges.
 
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (Engineering background is preferred)
 - Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in control valves or instrumentation technology, and a background in sales
 - Be able to communication is conducted proactively without feeling stressed
 - Have a experience in selling industrial IoT products or solution-based sales
 - Be able to demonstrate fluency in Japanese language and fluency in English is preferred
 - Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in oil & gas and power industry with product knowledge in control equipment preferred.
 - Be able to travel domestically several times per month, and internationally once per year
