In this role, you will work in a thriving workshop environment overseeing the delivery of solutions. You will take responsibility for mechanical maintenance ensuring quality and completion. You will contribute to the success of a large team that plays an integral in our business.
As a Lead AMO Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Attending all meetings for (OPS Demands, Shipping Times, TB Alerts, HSE Alerts, TPI’s, etc.), pull in delegate(s) as required
- Being the primary link between OPS and the Workshop.
- Ensuring all OPS Demands/Alerts are documented per eMtJC and posted in the workshops to drive production as dictated via Shipping Times.
- Elevating any Inventory needs/shortages up immediately that may impact AMO’s ability to meet OPS Demands on-time and operate the workshop most efficiently
- Ensuring full compliance to PPE & QTP at all times for all products (including any 3rd Party & Field folks if working in shop)
- Ensuring all daily checklist per eMtJC completed and filed. Welding shop as well
- Spending most of the day in the workshop/yard to ensure all AMO expectations are being met; HSE & Quality (eMtJC’s), Production Output, SAP/MaPS Entry, Efficiency (OT) and Core Values
- Meeting frequently with each AMO lead/supervisor to ensure time is being effectively managed; priorities are being met.

- Have a Bachelor or a High School Diploma /GED
- Be proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Be able to influence others and lead teams.
- Have the flexibility to work late night or on weekends, as needed by client
