As an Artificial Lift Sales Manager you will be responsible for winning business and  developing sales plan for a specific region.

As a Artificial Lift Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Within a geographic area responsible for selling Artificial Lift product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects including Electrical Submersible Pumps, HPumps.
  • Handles products and systems requiring technical knowledge.
  • Contributes to frameworks for prices and conditions. There is room for negotiating and client specific conditions.
  • Handles diverse clients in a region.
  • Cooperates with (technical) sales support to realize sales.
  • Handling customer relationships; Identifying and converting new opportunities.
  • Managing Tendering and bidding process
  • Business Strategic planning for country sales
  • Developing growth plan and initiative for ALS in North Africa region

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Have at least 7 years of experience in oil and gas industry operations & Sales
  • Previous experience in Artificial Lift product is required.
  • Have good understanding of the Artificial Lift business landscape in North Africa (Libya, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia)
  • Have experience of leading and developing business strategy and planning for success
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate highly technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • French language skills is an added advantage
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and execute multiple customer projects to successful completion
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for building and maintaining trusted relationships with customers and teams within a global-matrix environment
  • Must be flexible to travel within North Africa
