As an Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul (ARMO) Technician, you will troubleshoot, test, assemble, disassemble and perform the visual inspection of mechanical assemblies. Whilst assisting in repairing and modifying non-conforming equipment, you will perform all test with minimal instruction. You will provide technical support across the business whilst complying with HS&E policies.
As an Assembly, Repair, Maintenance & Overhaul (ARMO) Technician, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing pre-job checks and basic onsite maintenance to ensure safety and reliability of equipment.
Operating and troubleshooting production machines to ensure reliability, safety and delivery.
Reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly prints and parts lists, and following procedures and maintenance practices.
Using measurement and gauging equipment and processes to solder and assemble mechanical devices.
Following internal HSE policies to ensure safety and compliance.
Following and maintaining assembly records and communications to ensure compliance and regulations are followed.
Conducting daily communications with the team on quality assurance and quality control as a part of Tool box meeting.
Highlighting and low lighting with report to AMO Manager on any redflags, TB, other NCR/NPT that involve in AMO operations.
Communicating as support function to customer’s Audit, visits regarding the AMO related issues.
Communicating with Reliability, Quality CWI APAC Team.
Monitoring and tracking other PMI and raise PMI plan to AMO Manager.
Providing technical support for closing DWR, FRACAS, QMT and other NCR.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Hold a technical degree or an associate degree in Mechanic, Technical and/or related.
Demonstrate at least 5 years’ experience in maintenance in Oilfield Services industry.
Have at least 1 – 2 years’ experience in leading team.
Have good command in English & Thai.
Be able to use measurement methods and handling measurement tools.
Have good computer skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Be well organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
Be available to work overtime and on-call/weekend as needed.
Demonstrate proficient computer skills, including in Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrate a good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
