Job description

Airswift is partnering with a European organisation which is extending their already successful & well known Australian operation. As a Business Development Manager, technical capability and attitude are equally as important. You will have the ability to target Utilities and Developers/IPPs to position yourself as a system integrator for utility scale battery storage solutions.

You will also have an ambitious and tenacious attitude, eager to contribute to the organisation positioning itself as a key player in the Australian BESS market.


Location-          East Coast- Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane



  • Identify, qualify and pursue potential opportunities in the Australian utility-scale battery energy storage
  • Actively maintain a project pipeline
  • Manage the project lifecycle, including engagement, legal, finance through to project completion
  • Leverage existing and actively develop new relationships, partnerships and networks within the renewables development
  • Influence the development of their technologies
  • Drive the continued evolution of the growth strategy and its effective implementation

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a related industry with a solution based sales methodology
  • Experience in energy, solar, hybrid or off grid solutions
  • Results oriented, self-motivated and ability to thrive in a complex sales environment
  • Relevant experience managing a portfolio of customers to achieve revenue and share objectives
