Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Business Process Coordinator to join its logistics division based in Dubai, UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for standardising, optimising and implementing operational processes across multiple African logistics operations. The role requires regular travel across Africa to support operational excellence initiatives and process improvement programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Review, map and improve logistics business processes.
• Standardise operational procedures across country operations.
• Conduct operational audits and site assessments.
• Facilitate training and change management initiatives.
• Develop operational reporting and performance dashboards.
• Support implementation of logistics best practices.
• Coordinate with country managers and operational leaders.
• Identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor project implementation and performance outcomes.
• Support operational excellence programmes.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Process Management or related discipline.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.
• PMP, Prince2 or equivalent project management qualification advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain or operational excellence environments.
• Demonstrated process mapping and business improvement experience.
• Experience implementing SOPs, KPIs and operational governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, reporting and data interpretation skills.
• Experience managing stakeholders across multiple business units.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI and reporting systems experience.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Africa (approximately 40%).
• Strong presentation, training and change management skills.
