The Business Transformation Officer will be responsible for ensuring that COMPANY’s initiative portfolio sufficiently addresses all strategic objectives. To this end, the Business Transformation Officer will interact directly with the COMPANY clusters and corporate functions to coordinate between them and develop plans to address all strategic gaps, while ensuring alignment with centralized standards put in place by the Business Transformation Office.   • Required Skills : · Assess current portfolio of initiatives against COMPANYs’ strategic objectives and identify missing capabilities · Look ahead to identify any required initiatives relating to corporate transformation or change management · Work with clusters and corporate functions to develop plans and initiatives that tackle gaps in addressing strategic objectives · Follow up with initiative owners to ensure alignment of initiatives with centralized standards for prioritization, approval and nomenclature · Liaise between clusters and corporate functions to coordinate initiative planning across the COMPANY.
