We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to join our Cards Customer Experience Team, who supports internal customers located around the world.

Job Role Responsibilities

– Track and respond to internal customer queries
– Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
– Collaborate with other teams in problem solving, enhancement initiatives and projects

Expected Level of Proficiency

    – Graduated or attending University (various degrees)
–    Language requirements: English AND Italian or German
