We are now recruiting for our 2022 UK Industrial Placement Programme and we are seeking exceptional people who we can empower to think independently, take initiative and be innovative.

What would you be doing?
You could find yourself providing daily technical support or plant optimisation analysis as part of a team on a unit, ensuring on-grade production that meets market demand. Alternatively, you could find yourself working to reduce energy consumption or be responsible for implementing new initiatives to improve site safety.
These are just a few examples and whichever team you start in, you’ll have real responsibility from day one and we’ll provide a supportive learning environment, where you can develop a solid foundation of professional skills.
What are we looking for?
To be eligible for this role, you must:
Be in the penultimate year of your degree course
Be expecting a minimum of a 2:1 Bachelors/Masters degree (or equivalent) in Chemical Engineering
Have a minimum of three ‘A’ levels (or equivalent) of at least B grade
Be seeking to gain work experience on a paid Industrial Placement commencing in July 2022
Successful candidates should possess a broad range of personal effectiveness and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate and influence business decisions in a team environment.
