Civil Foreman | Ably Resources LTD

Our Client is a large building and civil engineering contractor undertaking a range of project throughout Malta.

Due to ongoing project awards, a Foreman is now required to supervise and coordinate tradespersons on civil projects.

• Responsibilities will include:
  Coordinating and supervising site activities
• Planning procedures and determining any work requirements
• Overseeing project progress to ensure deadlines are adhered to
• Interpretting technical information and explaining to team
• Communicating regularly with Project Manager and subcontractors
• Responding to details or any problems such as emergencies
• Ensuring health & safety codes on site are complied with

Talent will:

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – preferably also in Maltese
• Possess a valid driving license
• Have a strong aptitude to creating a safe environment
• Demonstrate people management experience
• Have excellent knowledge of construction materials, tools, planning and resource allocation
