About the Role
We are looking for experienced Level 3 Coating Inspectors to support a major offshore wind foundations fabrication project. Working within a fabrication yard environment, you will oversee coating activities and ensure compliance with project and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Inspect coating activities during fabrication.
- Monitor surface preparation, blasting, and painting works.
- Carry out DFT measurements and coating quality checks.
- Witness inspections and verify compliance with specifications.
- Produce inspection reports and QA/QC documentation.
- Liaise with fabrication, quality, and client teams.
Requirements
- Level 3 coating certification (AMPP/NACE CIP Level 3, FROSIO Level III, ICorr Level 3, or equivalent).
- Experience in offshore wind, offshore fabrication, oil & gas, marine, or heavy steel structures.
- Strong knowledge of coating inspection and quality standards.
- Fabrication yard experience preferred.
- Available to mobilise at short notice.
