We support flexible working requests and have adopted a hybrid approach for most of our office-based roles. We ask employees to be present in the office at least three days per week.

  • Organize compliance due diligence and related database management.
  • Support vendor / subcontracts system administration (e.g. bidders PQ, RFQ issuance, response follow up, etc).
  • Support Subcontracts team in completing the PO placement / System entries.
  • Custodian of important original files (signed contract / subcontract agreements).
  • Filing and archiving of important correspondence and files.
  • Coordinate interview between candidates and management; liaise with HR on matters related to employee recruitment.
  • Assist Contract / Subcontract Petrofac’s employees during the period of site mobilization and demobilization.
  • Booking of tickets, hotel reservation, transportation etc. to team members when requested to travel.
  • Maintain database of important correspondence between Petrofac and Client / Subcontractors according to set procedures.
  • Assist Contract team members with matters related to contract / subcontract information or references.
  • Assist team during internal and external audits.
  • Manage Vacation trackers, corporate responses, training scheduling for Commercial team.
