Commissioning Electrical Superintendent – SBS – Altea Energy

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities for construction, mechanical works, and piping.
• Manage commissioning and pre-commissioning operations to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, track project milestones, and ensure timely completion.
• Support operators and staff in troubleshooting and operational activities.

Must-Have Requirements

• Experience in Oil & Gas plants, Power plants, or Refineries.
• Supervisors: 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Superintendents / high-skilled roles (CCP, CME, CMP): 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• Operators (if applicable): minimum 3 years of Oil & Gas plant operational experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in commissioning and pre-commissioning activities.
