The position

By joining our team in CFO Functional Center of Excellence you will have the opportunity to:

  • Be a part of delivering & developing future fit management support and administrative expertise according to corporate priorities and business needs.

  • Provide professional management support, administrative tasks and day-to-day operations to Senior Management across the organization.

  • Provide administrative business and operations support to projects and onshore & offshore plants.

  • Partake in executing specialized administrative support within e.g. plan to pay process, information data management and access management.

The Competence Centre (CC) for Management Support and Administrative Excellence (MSA) consists of approximately 200 employees delivering Management Support and Administrative excellence across Equinor.

Depending on your competencies, you will join one of the three departments within the Management Support and Administrative Excellence team – which are: Plan to Pay Process team, Project Support team, and the Operational Support team.

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working within the administrative area.

  • Good digital skills and interest – M365 and SAP knowledge would be an advantage.

  • Experience working with reporting and creating presentations is an advantage.

  • Good stakeholder management and collaborative skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the willingness to learn and transform through innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both orally and written.
