By joining our team in Communication you will have the opportunity to:
Provide internal and external communications to support positioning of Equinor’s business and operations on the Norwegian continental shelf (oil and gas, renewable and low carbon solutions).
Work closely with the business to develop compelling storytelling content for key activities and milestones on the Norwegian continental shelf.
Develop content to support increased engagement on various communication channels, including internal articles, website content, social media content and video clips.
Provide support for the planning and execution of high-profile conferences and events.
Work with key stakeholders at each of Equinor’s locations in Norway to deliver on our commitments and demonstrate dedication in the regions in which we operate.
Work with the wider communication team to create and plan external communication strategies and campaigns to enhance the Company’s profile.
Take part in multidisciplinary teams to look for new and better ways of communicating on traditional and new businesses and important energy topics.

3-5 years of experience within the field of communications.
University degree at Master’s level in relevant field of communication or public affairs.
Excellent communication and writing skills, including storytelling capabilities, with an ability to demonstrate strategic use of different communication channels/formats.
Someone flexible and able to work well as a team member in a fast moving and sometime high-pressure environment.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and internal/external stakeholders.
Understanding of the energy sector, particularly the oil and gas, would be desirable but not essential.
Understanding of Agile and scrum would be desirable but not essential.
Fluent in Norwegian and English.
