- Prepares and reviews company contracts to ensure all follow EOG Policies
- Coordinates with Legal and Risk Management departments when necessary
- Build and maintain spreadsheet for on-going and completed MSA’s and SSA’s
- Request and review Insurance Certificates
- Run Insurance Certificate report for Unapproved/Expired/Approved vendors for the Division
- Name and Address application setting up new vendors/update existing vendors
- Perform other tasks as assigned

- Qualifications Requirements
- Ability to work independently and to communicate/interact across the Division with operational and field personnel as well as corporate teams
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and teamworking skills
- Aptitude to suggest and implement process improvements to increase effectiveness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and fluid environment, flexible with the demands of an active division
- Self-motivated with proven leadership skills, team player, and dedicated to team collaboration
- Strong communication skills
- Position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience
Preferred Skills
- Minimum 1+ years Oil & Gas experience preferred but not a requirement
- Able to multitask and meet stringent deadlines
- Flexible to work overtime when necessary
- Proficient in Excel/Word
- Knowledge of Agiloft and Concur
