Contracts Manager

Are you looking for the opportunity to lead and operate on the front line of Ireland’s transition to net zero future?  One of our clients have an exciting role as a Contracts Manager based in Dublin.  This is an integral role working as part of this dynamic team within the Offshore Wind department.

Do you have:
– Excellent contract management skills coupled with a track record in delivering large complex projects, with relevant experience in managing large engineering contracts. 
– A proven track record of delivering significant contractual input to large offshore wind projects, including management of Tier 1 contracts
– A thorough understanding of offshore wind projects, industry and supply chain

The role responsibilities include:
– Partnering with Project Directors as commercial Lead to optimise contracting strategies and maximising value in the procurement, contracting and negotiation process of project contracts
– Leading a negotiating team during intensive Contract negotiations
– Ensuring lessons learned from past transactions and projects are considered, ensuring seamless contract management across the development, construction and operating life of projects
– Providing commercial input into business case development, specific market scoping/analysis projects, and other transaction support activities, as required. As well as leading a team of Contracts Foundations Specialists BM(aMP1)
