Position:  Customer Service Specialist 
Location:  Erbil

Position Overview:
Responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, ensuring their inquiries, concerns, and needs are addressed promptly and effectively. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

-Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and courteous manner.
-Provide accurate information regarding programs & services.
-Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving billing issues.
-Troubleshoot problems and provide appropriate solutions, escalating complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
-Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company offerings and stay updated on product changes or promotions.
-Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
-Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering personalized and empathetic service.
-Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer service experience.
-Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent .
-Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
-Fluent in English & Kurdish , Arabic is an asset.
-Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant computer applications.
