Customer Support Specialist

Ably Resources Limited in Malta is looking to recruit a Customer Support Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.

About Our Client:

Our client is a highly respected electrical, mechanical, and renewable energy organization and because of the continued growth within the company, Electricians are required immediately. The Customer Support Specialist is one of the main support systems of the company and is required to communicate with customers, clients, suppliers, and internal clients.

The main duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering phones

• Responding to customers’ questions, queries, and complaints

• Welcome guests who visit the showroom

• Managing payments from orders

• Arrange appointments for clients

• Dealing with suppliers

• Logging/reports

• Upkeep of front desk and showroom

Requirements:

• Must have spoken and oral skills in both Maltese and English

• 2 years experience in a similar role

• Effective listening skills, patience, and friendly manner.
