The position

By joining our team in Exploration & Production International you will have the opportunity to:

• Integrate and deliver data into modern cloud architectures, such as data lakes ready for analysis with a focus on data ingestion/acquisition, modeling, and preparation processes.
• Have an active role in collaborating with data architects, data scientists, and software engineers to deliver digital projects across Equinor.
• Dedicated to digital initiatives in Subsurface, developing in-house platforms and workflows on Oil & Gas datasets (such as maps, well and seismic data, production data, and internal databases).

• Bachelor’s Degree or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field. Master’s degree is a plus;
• A team player in a strong and competent environment who is curious and eager to take on new knowledge, share it and help others develop the best solutions.
• Working experience with Azure cloud architecture and development.
• Practical experience in API development, coding in Python, C#, or similar, and Cloud architecture and development.
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in information technology.
