Airswift is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA/QC Electrical Inspector to oversee the quality and compliance of electrical installations on large-scale solar photovoltaic (PV) projects.

The position is to work in Comanche County, TX for an initial 12-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards across all site activities
• Implement and maintain the project quality plan, tracking deficiencies and ensuring closure
• Perform electrical QA/QC inspections (installations, transformers, inverter skids) using digital tools (Vyn)
• Manage electrical nonconformities and drive corrective/preventive actions
• Monitor contractor work to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and contract requirements
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams on design reviews and materials
• Conduct site inspections and collaborate with third-party engineering teams
• Manage project documentation, QC records, and reporting
• Lead or participate in quality meetings and provide technical support as an electrical SME

Qualifications 

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, construction, or project management
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in construction and solar PV projects
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems (PV, BESS, substations, MV/HV)
• Familiarity with solar design, codes, and quality standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tools
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Energy storage (BESS) experience is a plus
• Valid U.S. work authorization
