Process Lead – Energy Transition

Location: France, Paris

Contract type: This is a contract role, with day rate based on experience plus daily allowance 

Experience Required: 8 years minimum 

Time Frame: Start date will be as soon as possible – role has sign off and budget

We provide fully integrated project solutions and service, from concept and design, thorough to installation and commissioning. We have partnered with Airswift to support us in our hiring and are proud to expand our team to include the appointment of a Process Lead – energy transition, to be based at Paris.  


General Responsibilities: 

  • Define the conditions for the execution of the services relating to the Energy Transition R&D studies to be carried out by the service provider as part of the Energy Transition hub project. 
  • Strengthen the value proposition of certain existing capacities for the energy transition
  • Develop new offers around the energy transition
  • Identify customers needs or the way to differentiate itself thanks to these new offers 
  • Identify the necessary expertise or tools
  • Structure in conjunction with the service managers an organization to ensure the sustainability of these offers
  • Make the link with Win-It to identify customer needs
  • Make the link with the Marketing department to market these offers 
  • Solid knowledge of industrial process engineering, electrical engineering and the world of energy
  • Experiments in Power-to-X, Hydrogen, and/or CCUS would be in addition
  • Master’s degree in business school or equivalent.
