JOB TITLE: Engineer I – Construction


Liaise with Construction Engineer and Lifting Superintendent to designs technical drawings and lift plans


15 years of experience in lift plan, rigging study preparation and heavy lift execution in Oil and Gas Industry

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent


• Ability to multi-task and prioritize given assignments

• Excellent computer skills

• Self-motivated; ability to take on assigned tasks with minimal supervision


• Fluent in English with good writing skills is must


  • Design or prepare lifting plan using AutoCAD 2D and 3D
  • Prepare JSA and Method Statement for safe lifting operations
  • Conduct Risk Assessment.
  • Visit construction sites to collect measurements and dimensions as needed.
  • Ensure accurate drawings are produced according to supplied information, application, and standards.
  • Understands the site conditions & plots the Auto CAD drawing with suitable crane and selection of lifting gears.
  • Coordinator with construction team to ensure all information is accurately collected for the further study.
  • Updates the status and progress of the drawing work regularly to the concerned construction team.
  • Be a part of lift operation and capture lesson learned and implement for future improvisation.
  • Knowledge on loadouts and heavy transportation will be added value.
