The position reports to Manager Technical Integrity & Operations Support in RMDE Facilities and supports Operations, Projects, Drilling and Non-operated assets in technical safety subjects. 
Typical roles and responsibilities cover:
  • Technical Discipline, System and Performance Standard responsible within Technical Safety
  • Asset Integrity coordinator
  • Owner representative for relevant Technical Requirements & Work Processes
Typical tasks include:
  • Monitor/follow up technical integrity including coordination of relevant disciplines to ensure asset integrity
  • Provide directives for safe operations including establishment and follow up of performance requirements for barriers
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory/company requirements and adequate deviation handling
  • Ensure expedient test/maintenance programs within own discipline
  • Provide assessment of results from testing of Safety Critical Elements
  • Support operations in maintenance activities and operational problems
  • Participate in verifications and investigations
  • Initiate and follow up safety studies
  • Support modification and development projects
  • Responsible for HSEQ excellence by conducting HSEQ activities incl. quality, process safety & environmental engineering

Technical Knowledge
Relevant education and minimum 5-year experience within:
  • Technical Safety
  • Asset Integrity
  • Technical Requirements and relevant regulations/standards
Personal qualities
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Very good communicating skills
  • Fluent in English (oral and written). Preferably Norwegian (working language in operation)
  • Enthusiastic, open and driven individual with strong HSEQ and leadership skills
  • Master’s degree (Subject depends on experience)
