The position

By joining our team in Renewables you will have the opportunity to:

  • Contribute to developing an industry-tailored way of executing renewable projects from early phase and trough execution of the project.
  • Collaborate, motivate, guide, and build strong relationship with respective disciplines and stakeholders in the project portfolio to ensure high quality project control deliverables. 
  • Perform trend analysis and actively evaluate project cost and schedule performance to identify potential risk areas and mitigating actions, forecast cost and schedule outcomes.  
  • Provide the project team and management with critical decision-making information that ensures that projects deliver on time and within cost targets.
  • Support the project team by producing and managing project cost and scheduling activities from the design phase to project close-out. 
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of templates, methods, procedures, and tools within the project control discipline.
  • Contribute to make EPCD (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Digital) a learning organization by driving continuous improvements and experience transfer, including input to “close-out” and experience reports.

  • Good understanding of complex multidisciplinary projects and a minimum of 5 years proven track record of project control deliveries preferably within renewables.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, communication and influencing skills with the ability to utilize digital tools and visual communication.
  • Proven experience of working within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and ambitious targets across project portfolios.
  • Interest in automation or analysis through programming languages such as Python or SQL.
  • Fluency in written & verbal English.
