Senior Coating Fabrication Supervisor / Inspector

Project
Major offshore wind project at a large fabrication yard in Belgium. 

Start: Mid-June

Duration: 4+ months (extendable)

Location: Site-based (Arendonk, Belgium)

Scope:

• Supervising and inspecting coating activities in line with standards

• Supporting fabrication across welding, NDT, assembly, and logistics

• Monitoring quality, progress, and managing NCRs

• Working on secondary steel structures (boat landings, ladders, access systems)

• Ensuring documentation and handover requirements are met

Requirements:

• Frosio Level III, NACE Level 2–3, or ICorr Level 3 certification

• 10+ years’ experience in offshore or heavy fabrication environments

• Strong coating inspection and QA/QC background

• Experience working in fabrication yards

• Good English communication skills

Working pattern:

• 40 hours per week, site-based

• Flexible working required based on inspection schedule

• Occasional weekend inspections (as needed)
