Our valued client, a large Oil & Gas company are seeking a Facilitator/Trainer to join their Calgary team on a long term contract basis. The Facilitator/Trainer will support business operations for Western Canada.

About the role:

The facilitator will be responsible to deliver Business Management Workshop’s for new Retailers to the client.

  • Resource should have strong facilitation skills/capabilities
  • Comfortable with PowerPoint, MS Teams, and technology used in classroom delivery
  • Knowledge of the client’s business would be an asset (at a minimum an understanding/background in Retail)
  • There will also be some light touch admin and coordination and travel within Western Canada (primarily Calgary and Vancouver)

What you will do:

  • Develops and supports a team of Scrum Masters / Lean Practitioners
  • Develops new agile / iterative development policies on clearly defined topics, in line with the client’s overall policies
  • Manages the relation with a customer base at senior levels of business leadership (EC-2 and EC-3)
  • Work activities primarily impact operational activities of supported teams / organizational units.
