Our Client is one of the largest groups of companies in Malta providing a range of services including management of real estate.

 

A Facilities and Projects Coordinator is now required to work with the Properties Manager to:

  • Support with daily operations
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers on new projects together with upgrades and renovations of existing buildings
  • Assist in the process of office leasing
  • Manage and schedule building maintenance
  • Supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and security staff to ensure high standards and
  • compliance with work contracts
  • Assist with preparation of office layout drawings and technical documents
  • Oversee and document contractor performance and ensure quality control.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records
  • Liaise with commercial tenants’ facilities and office managers to resolve issues
  • Support fit-outs and coordinate office moves, upgrades, and handovers.
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate any actions required

 

Talent will preferably have:

  • Experience of building and equipment maintenance
  • Good knowledge of planning and schedules, particularly for maintenance
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Good knowledge of building safety regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Excellent organisation skills
