Petrofac is looking to recruit an Field supervisor/ Field superintendent / Production supervisor (Oil and Gas Industry) to join our team at Barmer Rajasthan

JOB TITLE: Field supervisor/ Field superintendent / Production supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the Filed operations production shift team to achieve top quartile performance in safety, Productivity, and cost.
• Well-developed trouble shooting capabilities.
• Good communication and Organization skills
• Work in a manner consistent with the Operations philosophy of system ownership and with a heightened awareness of HSE
• Permit to work knowledge.
• Emergency handling and response

Essential Qualifications And Skills

• Degree with 8 Years experience within oil and gas processing / refining / Petrochemical Filed with a minimum of 4 Years in Supervisory Position
• Diploma with 10 Years experience within oil and gas processing / refining / Petrochemical Filed with a minimum of 6 Years in Supervisory Position
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, chemical, petroleum or Scientific discipline
• Rotational shift : 21 21 ON OFF
• Salary Budget : 8 to 9 LPA
