Our client is a large organisation involved in the energy sector in Malta.
Due to restructuring, a Financial Manager is required to play a key role leading the accounts/finance team. Reporting to the Financial Director responsibilities include:
- Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Financial control and compliance
- Revenue computation
- Cost management and optimisation
- Team leadership, mentoring the team of finance professionals
- Attending stakeholder meetings
- Approving purchase requests
- Executing end of month closing procedures
Talent will:
- Be a qualified Accountant holding chartership
- Demonstrate experience as a financial controller within energy, utilities or similar sector
- Possess excellent experience in financial modelling
- Be proficient with financial management software and Excel
- Have strong communication and leaderships skills
