Fuel Clerk

• Reports to: Materials & Logistics Coordinator / D&C Supervisor
Maintain accurate accounting of AGO/Jet-A1/Lube consumption for rig, barges, tugs, camp, and generators.

• • Maintain daily stock ledger: opening, receipts (BOL), issues, and closing; reconcile dip readings and meter totals.
• • Track consumption by asset (rig, cranes, marine craft, camp gensets); flag anomalies and leaks.
• • Witness fuel bunkering; verify calibration certificates for meters and • bowsers; sample and record density/temp.
• • Produce daily/weekly fuel reports; support cost allocation and anti-theft controls.

• • 3–5 yrs fuel accounting in marine/rig environment
