General Manager – Nature & Biodiversity

My client, a leading multinational energy company head-quartered in Malaysia, is seeking Nature & Biodiversity senior professional to join their organisation.

Key aspects of the role:

• Lead the strategy and implementation of nature and biodiversity initiatives across global operations
• Achieve net positive impact for projects in Protected Areas and Key Biodiversity Areas
• Provide technical expertise on nature conservation across business, industry, and region
• Champion conservation efforts across Malaysia’s globally recognised biodiversity geography
• Build organisational capacity in nature and biodiversity management

Ideal candidate profile:

• Globally recognised expert in Nature and Biodiversity conservation
• Strong experience with tropical, rainforest, marine, and wetland ecosystems
• Track record of managing nature and biodiversity efforts in multinational organisations
• Expert understanding of environmental challenges in protected areas
• Extensive network across government, NGO, corporate, and industry sectors
