Global Field Service Operations Excellence Manager – Turbomachinery & Process Solutions

Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and solutions to increase overall plant efficiency and rejuvenation. Our team is an essential link between the customer and the business.

Partner with the best

As Global Field Service Operations Excellence Manager, you will be leading the global organization effort on execution excellence, cost and efficiency. You will therefore partner with the Operations team in the Regions to gather info, define ideas and work with the entire TPS Services team to prioritize implementation, evaluate the outcomes and the possible future improvements to maximize the return of the investments.

More in details, you will:

Analyse the entire TPS service outage portfolio, by contract and execution model
Partner with Operations team and Lean Brilliant team to scout ideas and drive their development and deployment into actionable and measurable initiatives.
Partner with regions to Cultivate innovation ideas, given value to bottom-up contributions to the execution excellence culture
Develop business cases for the initiatives identified, work with Regions and Finance to prioritize and drive application, ultimately improving Customer experience and maximizing BH advantage
Develop clear KPI panel to measure the initiatives’ effectiveness, to take data driven decisions on where continuing or pivoting it
Passionate to innovate and disrupt; the attitude to challenge the Status Quo will be critical to identify and generate data and operational KPIs for the entire Services business to unlock full productivity potential.
Partner with multiple Functions to maximize result and insure BH can fulfil contractual obligation while driving efficiency and productivity
Periodically update to senior leadership about progress of the entire execution excellence and productivity programs deck.

Fuel your passion

We are looking for a proficient project manager to fulfil the following Job requirements:

Have bachelor’s degree in Engineering or superior title
Have at least 5 years of experience in the field, including field management of complex projects, or have a proven deep domain expertise related to Field Services
Proficient with Agile and Lean methodologies, Six Sigma green belt certified. Eagerness to learn will be critical to the successful candidate.
Strong data gathering and process-oriented attitude.
Financial focused, with ability to leverage HSE and Quality as a driver to achieve Operational Targets
Have wide business acumen to properly collaborate with all the teams and functions involved in your daily activities
Be a self-starter, with clear entrepreneurial attitude.
Have strong leadership skills and team player that is able to work in a matrixed, remote organization
Being an excellent motivator and communicator
Available to travel up to 40% of the time.
