The programme
The programme lasts for 2-years and includes rotations of 3-12 months across functions, business areas.

The position
By joining our team in Project development you will have the opportunity to:
- Drive information and data management across different types of investment projects to ensure data and information is treated as an asset throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with project members to identify the needs for improved information systems and use of relevant technologies to increase efficiency and support decision-making processes.
- Gather requirements from users and transfer them to relevant information systems and technology upgrades.
- Participate in digital projects and develop and implement improved solutions for better information use, including providing insights using data analytics.
- Play a key role in the project development and hence Equinor’s digital transformation journey and data driven culture.
- Develop and implement processes and tools to safeguard traceability, retrieval and quality of data and information.
- Secure and protect the project information and data through security classification, access management and record management.
- Create value and quality by ensuring seamless flow of data and information across the project lifecycle.
- Work in a diverse team characterized by learning culture and a growth mindset. You will be assigned both a mentor and a buddy to get you started.
You
For this position we are looking for those with:
- Master’s degree or PhD with good academic record within Business Administration & Science, Business Analytics, Data management, Industrial Economics, Technology & Management, Information Management, Library & Information Science, Information Architecture, Information security, Information systems, Project Management & Control, Energy and environment, Knowledge Management
- Completed degree within year of starting (2025)
- Fluent in English
- No more than than two years of experience
- Formal experience is not a requirement
- Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage
