Job Description:
Our client, a global mining services company, is seeking an experienced Group Manager Business Improvement with strong experience to drive business improvement initiatives across multiple mining projects, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and enhaned performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead improvement programs and initiatives across operations.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement lean practices and process optimization strategies.
- Share best practives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Achieve cost savings and operational optimization targets.
- Ensure positive HSEQT outcomes across initiatives.
- Promote innovation while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
- Degree in Mining, Engineering, Business or related field.
- +10 years’ mining industry experience, with a proven track record in business improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and change management ability.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
