- Requirements:
-
• Incorporate building, infrastructure technical solutions and engineering consultation such as building Information modelling (BIM) software to create a full 3D virtual model of the project.
• Coordinate detailed design to ensure contributory factors and reasonable design options have been considered and resolve technical queries & non-Compliance issues.
• Oversee architecture/civil/structural implementation activities.
• Prepare interior design plan.
• Ensure buildings selected materials cater for energy performance, thermal insulation, strength, durability, water resistance, etc.
• Reviewing and preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project.
• Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans. - Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or equivalent
10+ years of experience
