- Qualification:
-
– A bachelor’s degree in occupational safety and health, industrial hygiene, or a related field.
- Requirements :
-
– Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), or Certified Safety and Health Manager (CSHM), or equivalent such as OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration)
– Safety personnel should be skilled in identifying potential hazards, conducting risk assessments, and developing strategies to mitigate risks.
-Can develop and implement comprehensive safety programs tailored to the specific needs of a LAB7
– Ability to provide safety training and education to LAB7 employees, including machine operators and other staff members.
– Proficiency in conducting thorough investigations of accidents or incidents and developing action plans to prevent their recurrence.
– Knowledge of emergency response protocols and the ability to coordinate responses to accidents or emergencies effectively.
– Strong communication skills to convey safety policies, procedures, and best practices clearly to all employees.
– The ability to analyze data and safety metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in safety performance.
– A keen eye for detail to spot safety issues and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
– Proficiency in using safety management software and tools to track safety data and develop reports.
