Duties & Responsibilities:
•Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for goods and services
•Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions to ensure terms and conditions are favorable and in compliance with company policies
•Place purchase orders for required goods or services, ensuring accuracy and compliance
•Monitor and ensure timely delivery of purchased items while maintaining required quality standards
•Assess and monitor supplier performance, including delivery times, quality, and adherence to contract terms and compliance with company policies
•Analyze market trends, negotiate pricing
•Work closely with other organizational units to understand and meet their procurement needs
•Identify and address potential risks in the supply chain, ensuring continuity
•Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations
•Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency within the procurement function
•Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual supply cost and forecasting while reviewing purchase contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and credit memos
•Analyze and evaluate the procurement process
•Promote and oversee the implementation of policies and procedures for procurement
•Reviews construction projects for compliance with specifications and work orders, and verifies that documentation is complete and accurate
•Maintains inventory control systems and implements changes as directed
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics or a related field 
• 1-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in the energy services industry, and knowledge of procurement methods, procedures, and techniques.
