- Requirements:
-
• Support setting up JVs and prepare them for operation.
• Analyze Board resolutions and provide the necessary reports and recommendation.
• Support negotiations with stakeholders and partners, and leads information gathering and reporting.
• Analyze and monitor Affiliates agreements, identify gaps for the implementation.
• Responsible for the developing the service agreements between Saudi Aramco and Affiliates.
• Monitor and support the execution of the Service agreements.
• Be responsible for the administrative process following the execution of the service agreements. - Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business and Management with a GPA above 2.5 out of 4.0 (or equivalent),
Master Degree in MBA is preferred.
• Previous experience of a minimum of 7 years.
• Having knowledge in the setting up JVs and related business matters. - About Application Process
