At Eni, we are looking for a Head of Compliance & JV Obligations within Eni Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico. You will be responsible for coordinating and controlling the processes related to the technical administration of all the E&P Contracts, to comply with them and comply with the applicable regulations (Governmental and JV regulations).

Guaranteeing the execution of the processes in line with the various Eni MSGs and in full compliance with anti-corruption internal regulation.

As a member of the integrated compliance team at Eni Mexico you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations is carried out.
• Leading the update of existing compliance policies and related documentation.
• Coordinating, communicating with compliance regulators and following up on applications.
• Coordinating internal operational and procedural compliance.
• Monitoring and reporting on the completion of reports and all communications related to various commitments with the authorities.

This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Relations or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Italian and English
• Knowledge of the government and Mexican law
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of oil and gas terminology.
• experience in Oil & gas industry, and at least five years in Business Integration experience
