• Assure production and optimization of gas and condensate from wells and reservoirs are in line with production guidelines and develop contingency plans to address unforeseen production shortages and downtime to meet LNG production and sales commitments. Ensure integration of overall well production and injection strategy in consultation with stakeholders to meet daily production targets.
• Adhere to the long-term Gas Volume & Activities Plans as per UGP process cycles sequence and align planned activities with all stakeholders in coordination with operations causing no impact on feed-gas delivery to LNG trains.
• Monitor performance of production system from reservoir to facilities and recommend additional well data acquisitions if required to investigate production performance problems.
• Ensure well testing and fluid sampling programs for production and injection wells are in place and timely implemented to capture critical well production performance time lapse data. Implement injection guidelines and quality requirements on a continual basis.
• Direct planning, designing and interpretation of production logging (PLT) to measure layer wise contributions to enhance understanding of well performance.
• Provide support and data to production development team for stimulation assessment and production enhancement of producing wells.
• Implement best in class Well and Facility and System Network Performance modelling (IPM) methodology to ensure performance as per the operating boundaries, facilitate well back allocation, well and facility performance analysis and confirm accuracy of the measurements
and metering.
• Oversee the development and implementation of real-time production and injection management and optimization and injection water quality using Real Time Information System (RTIS).
• Ensure a robust well production back allocation system in order to minimize uncertainty in production forecasting. Reports all key well production parameters to line managers and shareholders thus ensuring accuracy and consistency.
