We are currently supporting a major international energy operator in the search for a Head of Project Controls & Services to join their leadership team, supporting a portfolio of large-scale offshore projects.

This is a high-impact leadership role, responsible for driving project controls excellence across complex offshore developments, ensuring delivery is achieved on time, within budget, and aligned with project objectives.

The Role:
You will lead a multi-disciplinary Project Services team, overseeing:
– Cost management & budget control
– Planning & scheduling
– Contracts & procurement support
– Accounts payable & financial tracking
– Document control & reporting
– Project governance & administrative functions

You will play a key role in ensuring robust project execution across the full lifecycle, from engineering through to commissioning and start-up.

Requirements:
– Minimum 18 years’ experience within the Oil & Gas industry
– At least 8 years in a senior / leadership Project Controls role
– Background with operators, EPC contractors, or engineering consultancies
– Strong experience across major offshore projects (EPIC lifecycle)

Proven expertise in:
– Cost control & project reporting
– Planning & scheduling
– Project execution strategy development

Hands-on experience with:
– Primavera P6 / P6 Analytics / Risk Analysis
– MS Project & MS Office
– SAP
